Welcome to MUSA Arcade. By using the website or the app, you agree to these Terms of Use together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use MUSA Arcade.
These are the behaviours that are not allowed anywhere in MUSA Arcade (chat, messages, calls, usernames, uploaded pictures):
You keep the rights to the usernames, avatars, chat messages, voice notes and any other content you create inside MUSA Arcade. By posting them, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and show your content inside MUSA Arcade so other players (and you) can see it. You can delete your messages or your whole account at any time, and we will remove them from our servers.
You must have the right to post what you upload — do not upload pictures or audio of other people without their permission.
MUSA Arcade's games, graphics, music, logos, writing, name and website are owned by Musa or by the people they belong to. You can play them, record your own playthroughs for personal / fan use, and show them to your friends. You cannot copy MUSA Arcade's code, graphics or games onto another site or product, sell them, or claim them as your own.
If you think your copyright is being infringed in MUSA Arcade (for example, a user uploaded your image), email supportmusarcade@gmail.com with (a) a description of the work, (b) where it appears, and (c) your contact details. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

Serious or repeat offences, and anything illegal or dangerous, may be acted on immediately without a prior warning.
MUSA Arcade is free to use. We may add, change, or remove games and features from time to time, and we may need to take the service down briefly for maintenance.
MUSA Arcade may use third-party services such as hosting (Netlify) and push notifications (Apple / Google). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
MUSA Arcade is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running, safe and bug-free, but we cannot promise that every feature will always work, that it will never go down, or that it is suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MUSA Arcade and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using (or not being able to use) the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that applies to you as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot be limited by contract.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless the law of your home country gives you a right that applies instead. Any dispute will first be worked out by talking it over in good faith by email. If that does not work, the courts of the UAE will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your consumer-protection law gives you the right to use the courts of your home country.
We may update these Terms. The "Effective" date at the top will change, and if an update is important we will show a notice in-app. Continuing to use MUSA Arcade after an update means you accept it. If you do not accept, please stop using the service.
