Sign in with your child's MUSA Arcade account to see what they've been doing, who their friends are, or delete the account at any time. Everything here is self-serve — no need to email us.
You need their username and password. If your child doesn't share those, ask them to sign in on their device and show you.
By signing in you confirm you are a parent or guardian of this account. MUSA Arcade does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent — see Privacy Policy.
People your child has added. If any of these are a stranger, you can remove them below.
Players your child has blocked. Blocked users cannot message or call them.
Hard lock. Pick any number of seconds from 20 seconds to 6 hours (21600 seconds), or type 0 for no limit. When your child hits the limit, their account is signed out of MUSA and can't sign back in until midnight (their time zone). This is enforced on the MUSA server, not just on their device.
A 6-digit code to recover the account if the password is forgotten. Save this somewhere safe. Only you (the parent) should know it.
Deleting this account removes your child's username, SHAX, saves, friends and messages. It cannot be undone.
