MUSA Arcade is a free game website and app made by Musa, a kid, for kids. Safety is baked into every part of it. Here's exactly what we do and how you can protect yourself.

🧹 Chat filter
Rude words are blocked server-side.
MUSA Arcade has a tiered bad-word filter that runs on our servers (not just in the browser, so it can't be bypassed by editing the page). It knows common insults, slurs, hate speech, bullying phrases, and leetspeak variants (e.g. "sh1t", "f@g"). Messages that trip the filter never leave your device.
- Owner can tune the filter in real time (Firewall tab).
- No one on the server reads your private messages for fun — the filter is automated.
🚫 Block
If someone's unkind, you never have to see them again.
- In chat or on a profile, long-press the player's name (or triple-tap).
- Tap Block.
- They can't message or call you. Their chat lines are hidden. They can't friend-request you.
You can see every player you've blocked and un-block them later in Settings → Blocked Players, or at /parents if a parent is helping.
📣 Report
If a player is breaking the rules, tell the Owner.
- In chat or on a profile, tap the Report button.
- Pick a reason (bullying, cheating, grooming, inappropriate language, other).
- Optionally add detail.
- Tap SEND.
The Owner reviews every report within a few days (usually within 24 hours). Confirmed violations lead to a warning, mute, temporary ban, or permanent removal. We never ignore child safety reports.
If a report is urgent (grooming, threats, self-harm, something that can't wait), email supportmusarcade@gmail.com with the player's username in the subject line. We check that inbox daily.
📞 Voice & video calls
Calls are peer-to-peer and only between friends.
- You can only call people you've added as a friend. Strangers can't call you.
- Calls connect device-to-device (WebRTC). Our servers do not record, store, or listen to your audio or video.
- You can hang up at any time. You can block the other person during a call to prevent future ones.
- If you don't want calls at all, don't accept friend requests, or block individual friends.
👨👩👧 Parents & guardians
You can see everything your child does, and act on it directly.
Visit musacoolhub.com/parents and sign in with your child's username and password. You'll see:
- Their friends list (you can remove any friend yourself).
- Players they've blocked (you can unblock if that's a mistake).
- Their SHAX balance and account status.
- Their account's backup password (save this somewhere safe).
- A daily playtime reminder you can set (20–120 min).
- A DELETE ACCOUNT button, which removes everything we have about them.
For a hard app lock, use iOS Screen Time (Settings → Screen Time → App Limits → MUSA Arcade) or Android Family Link.

Instant, self-serve, no email required.
- Sign in. Tap ⚙️ Settings.
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Tap 🗑️ DELETE MY ACCOUNT, type your password, confirm.
Your username, SHAX, saves, friends, messages, blocked list and push subscriptions are removed immediately. Legal/safety records (reports you filed, bans) are retained per our Privacy Policy for compliance.
🔒 Data & tracking
We collect the minimum needed to run the games.
- No third-party analytics. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ad SDKs. Zero.
- No ads. Ever. Not now, not ever.
- No in-app purchases. SHAX is in-game currency you earn by playing — not sold.
- What we DO store: username, hashed password, avatar, SHAX balance, friends list, chat messages (for 30 days to help with disputes), reports (for 180 days), security logs (for 90 days). See Privacy Policy for the full list.
- Voice/video calls are peer-to-peer — our servers never touch the audio or video.
